Where does River Song say the Doctor took her before she went to the library?

He took her to Darillium to see the Singing Towers. It's not a trip we get to see in the series, however in one of the DVD box sets there is a mini-sode sort of thing that shows him and her about to go there and the Doctor deals a bit with realizing that.
