Sorry but for right now you can't upload pictures or diagrams into the answers. You may put them on your Bio Page. The reason why not in answers is because of legal and technical issues.

The reason WikiAnswers does not have any pictures in answers is mainly for legal purposes. Most images these days are copyrighted, and cannot be posted on WikiAnswers. Thus, WikiAnswers sticks to the text-only answers it uses today.

Currently, because of technical and due to copyright/legal problems that might occur. They do not allow images in Answers on WikiAnswers, although I believe I last heard they were thinking about it.
