No. Dapple grays aren't born dapple, they get dapples as they grow older. Most dapple grays were grey/white when they were born.
No. In a conversation with the Dapple-Gray about the detestable Yahoos, Gulliver suggests that the Houyhnhnms exterminate the Yahoos through the benevolent use of castration. The Dapple-Gray then brought the idea before the Grand Assembly. Yes, the Dapple-Gray did suggest castration, but it was originally Gulliver's idea (from his experience with horses in England) and it was suggested as a means for annihilating the Yahoos. They would castrate the Yahoos and let them slowly die out, thus exterminating them.
A dapple gray.
A dachshund is a dapple if it has silver and black dots. Most dapples have silver hair also. There are two types of dapple, sliver dapple which is sliver or gray with black spots and a chocolate dapple which is a spotted mix of browns and tans. The chocolate ones can be either real dark in color or a lighter tan with darker spots. If you have a dapple with white on it, the white is called pie and a sliver dapple with brown on it, the brown is called bald. My 4 yr old male is considered a sliver dapple pie bald with sky blue eyes.
Some what yes and no. Beacuse in a ratio on howrse the dapple gray coat is 7% witch means it is rare but not so much. Most common would be 12% and least common would be 2%.
If it is a grey dapple, then they can look a bit blue, usually it is spelled Bleu though.

A dappled horse is like a horse with patches or spots of colour on it. Some horses are just brown, grey, black etc, dapple is just another colour variation. The horse would usually be white with grey spots/patches on it.Usually found on the horses hind or back legs.
Not all dapple greys fade.
