The Totin' Chip Patch is considered a "Temporary Patch" and, if worn,
should be worn centered on the RIGHT Pocket of the Boy Scout Uniform Shirt.

The Early Bird patch is not an official Girl Scout insignia, so it should be placed on the back of the Girl Scout sash or vest.

The World Conservation Award is a "temporary patch" that is worn over the right pocket of the scout uniform. It can be sewn on, centered on the right pocket, or it can be worn in a plastic holder hanging from the right pocket flap button.
If it is the 2 inch round patrol emblem (i.e. if they are the buffalo patrol) then it goes on the shoulder just below and touching the American Flag. I am not familiar with any other "Buffalo patch" that belongs on the scout uniform unless it is a"temporary patch" from a camp or othe revent that is hung or sewn to the right chest pocket.

The wing patch is placed 1/2 inch below the seam centered on the left shoulder on the BDU uniform. On the flight suit, it is attached with velcro in the same position as the BDU's. Please note that the wing patch is no longer authorized for wear on the Air Force blue uniform.
