Tubular excretion is probably referring to excretion of (filtrate, now urine) from the collecting duct of a nephron. Beyond the collecting duct, almost no secretion or absorption occurs, hence all substrate is excreted (NOT the same as secreted).

Excretion is performed through the large intestine through the anus and rectum, and by the kidney through the bladder and urethra. Excretion also occurs through the sweat glands and by the lungs through the bronchi and the nose and mouth.

The renal corpuscle consists of a glomerulus and the Bowman's capsule. It is the nephron's initial filtering component. The components of the renal tubule are the proximal convoluted tubule, loop of Henle and the distal convoluted tubule.
A Nephron is the basic structural and functional unit of the kidney. It's not a molecule, more likely a small portion of the kidney that helps the kidney work.
