Do you know what nuclear fusion is?
It is the process when two nuclei combine to create a bigger and denser nucleus.
Where does it occur?
It occurs in the universe and in labs. The process of fussion can be found in stars. That is why when you look up to stars in the night, they are bright. They use fusion to convert matter into light.
Also...
It also happens in "labs", where scientists make fusion occur in hydrogen bombs. Scientists are finding a way to make hydrogen bombs to be controlled while using fusion, because not all things that are radioactive are able to be controlled. They also believe that powerful energy will be released from the bomb "but" with very little pollution, not like other bombs that polluted the environment where they were tested at.

Instead of making insults like the person who initially posted, here is an answer. Nuclear fusion is most commonly found in stars, such as our sun.
the universe will continue to expand forever and ultimately most of the matter will be turned to heat energy.
Any quantity of matter which is insufficient to start nuclear fusion by gravitational attraction.
