Where does gear oil go in a 2004 ford focus manual transmission?

on the drivers side of the car, on the front of the transmission there is a black plastic box. There is a cover that comes off and behind that cover there is a small plastic plug I think its black with a hex head with a slot for a standard screwdriver this is wherre you add oil.
