in the snowy parts of Pokemon diamond of pearl level it up there and you'll have a glaceon in no time
Yes, but it will make an eevee that could evolve into something that isn't glaceon. You have to use a certain stone to evolve it. Like for example, you could use a water stone and it could evolve into either glaceon or vaporeon.
What you do is in snowpoint city there is an ice stone you level evee up by it and it will evolve
No Pokemon can evolve from an Icy Rock in Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald. If you are talking about the later games like Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, the Ice Rock can evolve Eevee into a Glaceon.
Only Eevee, and it will evolve into Glaceon.
It is where you can evolve an Eevee into Glaceon.
you cant evolve eevee into glaceon.
The Icy Rock is not in it, which is needed to evolve an Eevee into a Glaceon.

You don't use a stone to evolve Eevee into Glaceon, instead you need to head to the grass patches near the Ice Rock that's near Snowpoint City and level it up there and it'll evolve into Glaceon.
The only way to obtain a Glaceon is to trade it from Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum games. Because in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, there is an ice rock that Eevee needs to evolve into Glaceon.
You can evolve your Eevee into Glaceon
You cannot evolve an eevee in to a glaceon. You have to trade one from Pearl, Diamond, or Platinum.
On route 216 there should be an Icy Rock that is where you should Lv. up Eevee so that it will evolve into Glaceon. I had a Lv. 59-60 Eevee that I Lv. up there so I ended up with a Lv. 61-62 Glaceon and now my Glaceon is at Lv. 74.
