In The Bible, Revelation 8:8-9 - It says that when the second (of seven) Trumpet sounds, something like a mountain that was all ablaze was thrown into the sea (John saw this in a vision). and 1/3 of the sea turned into blood, and 1/3 of the living creatures in the sea died, and 1/3 of the ships were destroyed.
