Greece, Middle East, Albania, Turkey....all have their version of kataifi. They go by the names Kataifi, Burma, Konafa, Kunafa, Kadayif, etc. If your looking for the nut filled kataifi this place is really good...but a little pricey (www.mansoura.com) Hope this was useful info!
