Probably your transmission fluid level is low. You should check it, the add some.
Check your clutch fluid level or your automatic transmission fluid level.
If your Kia Sephia doesn't move in drive, but does move in 1st and 2nd gear, you have a problem with the transmission. Sometimes this is just an issue with the linkage and can be repaired easily.
If the car won't move when it's in gear, check the transmission fluid level. Check to see that the parking brakes aren't stuck.
check you parking brake, check transmission fluid level,.......
I would first check the transmission fluid level.
Same place you check the level.
check the fluid level
right side crank case
Check the wiring to the shift solenoids on the side of the transmission. Stuff can fly up under the car and sever or damage them. That's what was wrong with my Kia.
if you have an automatic there is probably an electrical problem that is preventing you from shifting into 4th gear. or your overdrive is off
check fluid level
