Fangs. (And its venom, BTW. Poision is something you ingest, venom is injected via a bite.) The fangs, typically there are two, one on either side of the mouth, with hypodermic needle-like characteristics. The venom is introduced through the fangs.
They defecate and urinate - just like other animals do. Their waste is expelled at the cloaca - a ventral opening at the base of the tail. Faeces is usually dark brown - and the urine is usually a soft, white substance.
If you look at the underside of a snake, you'll see the rectangular scales on its belly. Follow them towards the tail, and the scales will suddenly split into smaller ones. The line separating the last belly scale from the tail is where the snakes vent is - which is the entrance to the bowel and bladder.
Snakes have a very interesting waste disposal system for their bodies. Some snakes such as boas or pythons don't even defecate for over a year! When they are ready to defecate, all wastes go out the cloaca.
A snake lays it's eggs from the females reproductive organ that is located before the tail.
