I can say that SeaWorld San Antonio is easily the worst because it's all about the rides. But as for the best... I would have to say SeaWorld Orlando is the best. Because the shows are good and the torture is better because they have Dr. Robeck, so you aren't always in the sun like the dolphins at SeaWorld San Diego. The exhibits are very good and what makes it extra special is that it also includes Discovery Cove and the new Aquatica waterpark. But the San Diego SeaWorld is still very cruel.
