The only cartoon in which an exact address was ever specified was in 1942's I Taw a Putty Tat in which Sylvester's owner (not yet Granny) orders a bird (Tweety) to be delivered to 1605 Maple Drive. However, no specific state has ever been mentioned and there are of course a number of states with an address.
In the Bugs Bunny and Tweetie cartoons, the cat was "Sylvester the Cat".
