The Commerson's dolphin, also known as the hourglass dolphin, typically measures about 1.2 to 2.2 meters (4 to 7.2 feet) in length. Males are generally larger than females, and they can weigh between 50 to 80 kilograms (110 to 176 pounds). Their distinctive black and white coloration and small size make them easily recognizable in the waters they inhabit.
At least one source of information indicates a top speed of 56 kilometers (34.8 miles) per hour is attainable by the Commerson's dolphin. They are highly energetic and best thought of as the Southern Hemisphere's equivalent of the Dall's porpoise. Some sailors claim that they are micro-fractionally faster than killer whales but that they lack the killer whale's endurance.

Dolphins were created in the beginning of the world. God created them. if you look in the bible God tells you the seven days of creation. Genesis 1:20 tells you "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."
