Why did Shisui Uchiha Kill himself?
Deidara, throughout the entire Naruto series after he joins the Akatsuki, has a grudge agenst Uchiha Itachi, and all uchihas, because Itachi is the one who made Deidara join the Akatsuki in the first place. Deidara, while fighting Uchiha Sasuke in Shippuuden, chewed and ate some of his clay turning himself into a human bomb in order to kill Sasuke. He blew himself up but, unfortunately, instead of killing Sasuke, Deidara killed himself.
Does sasauke die?
If by Sasauke you mean Sasuke Uchiha, then no, no he doesn't. In the first attempt to take his life, Orichimaru is killed by Sasuke. In the second attempt Sasuke manages to use Manda to escape Deidara's deadly explosion. And in the latest attempt, Itachi dies before he could do any real harm to Sasuke though he never really intended to kill his little brother in the first place.

In the end of Naruto, Sasuke is stronger, but in shippuden, although Sasuke beats Naruto, it is only because Naruto doesn't try, Naruto refuses to fight Sasuke seriously due to their history as team mates.
