It does not get teleported into another dimension, or anything like that. a black hole is an object that just sucks things into it. So if something were to fall into a black holes's path, then it would be crushed as if it crash landed onto the black hole. (only a lot worse).

To an outside observer, because the immense gravity distorts space and time, you'll appear to move slower and slower, never actually getting "sucked in" (that is, if they can see you past the event horizon. Otherwise, they'll simply see you disappear when your light can no longer go out, before then, the light you reflect is constantly red-shifted because you're moving away).
When you reach the singularity, if you touch it (it's theoretically ring-shaped), you will perish (assuming you survived having your body torn apart), assimilated into the infinitely dense ring. If you fall through, you might end up in another dimension (called the Einstein-Rosen bridge).
