just replaced a torsion spring on handle of Toro model 20023 21" personal pace took handle apart and screws that hold brass cross bar where spring fits into "replaced and it works"
The winder fits onto a splined shaft, with a groove cut into it near the end. The winder handle has a spring clip, like an external circlip, which protrudes into the door card. The handle is simply pushed onto the shaft until the spring clip drops into the groove. To get it off, you need to find a way of pushing the spring clip off the winder handle. Try depressing the door card around the winder and look in to see if you can push the spring clip off, from around the handle shaft, using a screwdriver.
its on spring patch by veilstone, it appears when you beat the game

energy transfers through a jack in the box by when you turn the handle you are transferring energy into the spring and the more yu turn the handle the more energy that is being transferred to the spring to make it wotk.
The handle pin is broken so you just have to pull on the plastic handle down to take it out. You will see a spring on the box. Just push down on the spring and it will open the glove box.
take a thin rag and shimmy the edge of it betwen the handle and the door panel. Then pull it back and forth like your trying to saw it off. this will catch the C- type clip that holds the handle on and remove it without hurting it. Be careful to watch for the clip to spring out fast and far, in car or out in driveway. Then when you want to replace the handle, simply snap it in the groove in the handle and then push the handle back on the spline and the spring will auto - lock on the handle.
Water which appears naturally out of the ground, or sometimes the side of a cliff.
