i have a problem with the washer pump
when i put a voltage tester on the connection it jumps all around from 5 volts to 10
If one takes a look at the schematics of a 1994 Oldsmobile silhouette minivan, one can see a fuse block, washer switch, and windshield wiper. There are also the power input, washer control, motor ground, and circuit board.

The windshield washer fluid reservoir is located in the passenger side of the engine compartment between the Power Distribution Box and the front of the 2001 Lincoln LS
Should be the same as the wipers--Check to see if you are getting power to the washer pump - if so could be a bad washer pump
you should check your electrical connection at the "pump" terminal if there's no power then trace that wire back and see where the problem is.
In a 2001 Lincoln LS : The windshield washer fluid reservoir is at the front of the engine compartment , on the right side ( passenger side ) , between the power distribution box and the front of the engine compartment
in the black housing in front of the windshield washer fluid
Its between the battery and the windshield washer fluid container .
We have a 1998 Intrigue and I can tell you why we were losing power and it was getting kinda' scary, although it would start right up again after I pulled over, put it in park and restarted it. We had an oil leak and it was dripping on to a sensor.
alternator could be going out..
it is near the passenger side strut tower,,next to the windshield washer fluid.
