Anybody in the world can submit an answer (which may be correct or rubbish). Then anybody else in the world can spoil or improve the answer. That is how a Wiki works.

There are then a number of supervisors that try and police the site and correct and spoiling of good answers.

To know the worth of an answer look at the trust points of the person who last edited the answer.

In general people try and provide good answers (there are more of them than spoilers) and in this manner the worth of the site slowly improves.
