You cant just eat more. You have to eat a lot of food that have fatty acids. Most Black or African American Foods. For Example Corn Bread w/ Butter, well seasoned greens, Sugared Sweet Potatoes. Most foods like this goes to put excess on the Buttox and or Thighs.
