In hopes to get on their good side, you will respect them. Fear ex. Obviously you are intimidated or fear being harmed by someone, you respect them. Another great example is, "We are good god fearing people" on account of horrible events in the Old Teastament of The Bible. Love ex. You love your parent(s)/guardian and respect their home and belongings, showing thankfulness for what they have done for you. You have had a habit that irritates your husband/wife and you do your best to stop for respect out of love Conformity ex. You have a group of friends that enjoy something you don't, such as a new band that just went mainstream, so you will respect that in order not to be rejected. This is hardly a category because it seems to fit into fear, but i still like to divide them personally.
