Easy to find these...
They are located in front of the front drivers side tire on the outside of the frame, behind the fender and in front of the plastic panel that goes around the inside of the wheel well...
Easier to get at them from under the car... between the bumper and the front drivers side tire...
Good luck...
"Where is the crankshaft position sensor on a 96 ford probe SE?"
Yessir, it will.
It tops out at 118 mph. I have a 96 SE and love it.
The fuel filter is mounted on a bracket affixed to the rear of the left-hand side motor/transaxle mount.
No it won't. I had a 95 Ford Probe Se 2.0L and when the transmission went i upgraded to a 93 Probe Gt 2.5L V6 and my insurance didn't change at all. I love the car.
I want to know what is the proper spark plug gap for my car. It's a Ford Probe 1994, 4 cylinders and 2.0L
You can get to it only from under the car. It is located across from the fire wall in the center of the car. (so it is kindof right behind your right feet)
Should be the pulley just above the crankshaft pulley
Probe,probe se 2.0 / probe gt 2.5
Negative......V6 uses different trans than I4
1-3-4-2 Distributor rotation:Clockwise
Yes, the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine in a 1996 Ford Probe is an interference engine ( according to the Gates website , they make timing belts etc. )
