The Bible as we know it now developed over a period of time. Various collections of the New Testament books were used around the end of the first century. Justin Martyr, in the mid 2nd century, mentions "memoirs of the apostles" as being read on "the day called that of the sun" (Sunday).

The Bible, more or less as we know it now, was translated into Latin in the late fourth century by Jerome. This was done in Rome and Bethlehem.

After the Protestant Revolution the Bible was translated (in Germany) into German and other European languages

Another answer:

The Bible is a "Middle Eastern" book, not European. The miracle of the Scriptures of the "God of Abraham" being introduced in Europe [and the nations of the "free-world" in general] is the result of Jesus' commission to His disciples at the conclusion of the first half of His earthly ministry.

"...'GO NOT into the way of the Gentiles, and into ANY CITY of the Samaritans ENTER YE NOT: but GO RATHER TO THE LOST SHEEP OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL." (Matt.10:5-6 KJV)

The Europeans didn't write the Bible. The Scriptures originated in the Middle East. And according to Jesus' commission [at the closure of the four gospels telling of Jesus' earthly ministry in the New Testament, the disciples of Christ DISAPPEARED from view] -- in light of the fact that the origins of the nations of the modern "free world" emerged onto the world scene "worshiping the God of Abraham [Jesus Christ - John 1:3]"... this reveals [to those with the eyes to see] that these modern European [British and American] nations are the modern descendants of the ancient lost tribes of the House of Israel.

They didn't WRITE the Bible... they had the "Truth of the Scriptures" personally DELIVERED to them by the disciples of Jesus Christ... which they, then, believed and adopted.
