Dora the explorer is just a T.V show! The people who made it didn't think of where in Spain she could be from! But I'll guess Marbella. - Dora is south american, most people agree she is from Peru, though some differ and believe she is from Bolivia. nothing in the actual show represents anything dealing with Spain, and with the actual contempt that is very common amongst the New World for the re-discovey of Columbus towards Spain i doubt they would have based the show on a spaniard.
