To disable the running lights either unplug the relay to the fuse box. Also there is a fuse for this in the fuse box remove this and that will disable the lights.
Look in the fuse box for a fuse marked DT lights
Taillights and daytime running lights not working may be caused by a blown fuse. The fuse can be found in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
Daytime running lights can be turned off by removing the fuse that controls them. The fuse is in the passenger compartment fuse box. The fuse number is D5.

under the hood on the driver side there is a fuse box at the very rear if u don't look hard u will miss it cause it is small but u will see one fuse box there but look a little further back to see the other fuse box
There is another fuse box under the hood and next to the battery. This fuse controls the horn, dashboard lights, and the tail lights.
