yes they are when you beat the boss of team galatic and set the Pokemon free most of them will be on the hearthome city side of mt.coronet you have to go to the left side and you surf then rock climb ( if you got it you can find hm rock climb at the top of the lost tower with the old lady ) but for team galatic to be there you have to beat the 7th gym leader and you have to have beat the boss and set the Pokemon free too
