The statement as worded in the question doesn't appear in The Bible, but perhaps these verses relate to what you have in mind:
Psalm 82:6, 7 - I said, "You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High. But you shall die like men, And fall like one of the princes."
John 10:34-36 - Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, "You are gods" '?
