Where in the bible does it mention Satan getting kicked out of heaven?

The evidence is that before Lucifer perverted himself and the angels in his charge... he gave a lot of premeditative thought, resentment, harbored hatred and deliberate, decisive planning before he launched his attack on God's throne in heaven "from the earth."

"For thou hast said in thine heart, I WILL ASCEND INTO HEAVEN, I will exalt my throne above the stars (symbol for angels - see Rev.1: 20) of God... I WILL ASCEND ABOVE THE HEIGHTS OF THE CLOUDS..." (Isa.14:13-14).

It is evident that God gave Lucifer the earth as his throne in the beginning. Clouds are a phenomenon within the earth's atmosphere. So, Lucifer was on the earth when he thought his thoughts and made his plans. He then launched his attack on God's throne in heaven from the earth.

At least, that's how Isaiah was inspired to word it.

Satan and his angels were then "kicked out of heaven," after Michael and his angels subdued them:

"...there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the Dragon (Satan); and the Dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was there any place found any more in heaven... he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." (Rev.12:7-9)

God gave Lucifer the earth for his throne... and it was that earthly branch of God's Government that was perverted and disgraced. It was back down to the earth where they were cast... and restrained... pending Judgment Day.

"...God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell (tartarus - imprisonment) , and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto Judgment..." (II Peter 2:4).

"...the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation (the earth), He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the Judgment of the Great Day." (Jude 1:6)

In what men call the "Lord's Prayer"... they generally overlook the words: "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done ON EARTH, as it is in heaven."

Heaven is fine. It's the earth where God's justice will be administered and Satan's perversion rectified... when Jesus, who defeated the Dragon and qualified to be King, returns to the earth with His Kingdom to unseat Satan and demolish his corrupted authority on the earth.

Satan and his angels were "kicked out of heaven"... but it was from the earth that they launched their attack.

"...I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." (Luke 10:18)
