Jesus revealed it to the folks in His hometown of Nazareth when He "went to church" one Sabbath day on the seventh day [as His custom was]. He read to them this passage from "Isaiah's scroll":
"The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, for He has appointed Me to preach Good News [the Gospel] to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim that captives will be released, and the blind will see, that the downtrodden will be freed from their oppressors, and that the time of the LORD's Favor has come." (Luke 4:18-19 NLT New Living Translation; see also Isa.61:1-2]
"He rolled up the scroll, handed it back to the attendant, and sat down. Everyone in the synagogue stared at Him intently. Then He said, 'THIS SCRIPTURE HAS COME TRUE TODAY BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES!'" (Luke 4:20-21 NLT)
AND THERE IT IS -- Isaiah 61:1-2... THE PROPHECY OF JESUS' FIRST COMING.
Jesus stopped reading where He did, because the "very next passage" foretells of HIS SECOND COMING; the Day of the LORD's WRATH:
"...and with it, the Day of God's Anger against their enemies." (Isa.61:2 NLT)
God's Gracious "invitation" to ALL MEN to "repent" and "turn to Him for His Forgiveness and Mercy" -- Jesus' first coming -- was announced by Isaiah.
And on that Sabbath day in Nazareth, centuries later... Jesus announced its FULFILLMENT to a small group of hometown Jews -- who, following a brief discussion, in which Jesus disclosed to them that they weren't "God's people" as they thought they were, but that in the days of Elijah and Elisha these prophets were sent to Gentiles while the tribes of Israel were suffering great trial:
"When they heard this, the people in the synagogue WERE FURIOUS. Jumping up, they mobbed Him and took Him to the edge of the hill on which the city was built. They intended to push Him over the cliff, but He slipped away through the crowd and left them." (Luke 4:29-30 NLT)
The Word of God has always seemed to infuriate people... especially people who think "God and His message belong to only them." Even the revealing of the "Gracious Invitation by God to ALL MEN to repent and be saved" made those people mad.
You would think God's "Good News" [Gospel] would be received better by "God's people."
But then... even Isaiah, who first announced Christ's first coming, ended up slain by the "chosen people of God."
Matthew 1:1.
The word Genesis means a coming into being or the beginning of something i.e The first book in the bible.
In the King James version.... The word "Christ" appears in the first verse of Matthew - traditionally the first book of the New Testament. Mat 1:1 The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

Matthew 1:1.
It is the predicted coming of Jesus Christ a second time on the earth... after his first reported coming in Jerusalem where he was crucified.
The book of Revelation, which is the last book of the Bible, deals entirely with future events. The full title of the book is: the Revelation of Jesus Christ. It was written by John when he was exiled on the island of Patmos. In a vision from God John saw the events of the future after the second coming of Christ. Jesus Christ came first as a baby born to save sinners. His second coming is when he comes again to take his people home and judge those who do not believe in him once and for all.
Let's wait for gears of war 3 to at least be announced first.
The coming of Immanuel (Jesus Christ) is mentioned once at the mouth of our Father's prophet Isaiah (See Isaiah 7:14). Which matches the actual events set forth in Luke 1, 2
