The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of the Lord, the Comforter that was promised by Jesus before before his death and resurrection. When you speak in toungues, you are filled with the Holy Ghost. That is your evidence to know that you have the Holy Ghost. You have repentance, baptism in Jesus' Name, and then you're filled with the Holy Ghost.
