If you are referring to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, there is no Old Testament reference to the particular location of His ministry, even though there are many other details prophesied. Jesus' ministry locations are referenced in the four Gospels in the New Testament. Matthew has 17 mentions of Galilee, Mark has 12, Luke has 15 and John 17.

Isaiah - see below:

Isaiah 9:1-2New King James Version (NKJV)

The Government of the Promised Son

9 Nevertheless the gloom will not be upon her who is distressed,

As when at first He lightly esteemed

The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali,

And afterward more heavily oppressed her,

By the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan,

In Galilee of the Gentiles.

2 The people who walked in darkness

Have seen a great light;

Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death,

Upon them a light has shined.

How would the ministry of John the Baptist differ from the ministry of Jesus?

John the Baptist's ministry was to prepare the way of the Lord and to introduce Jesus to the world as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. John's ministry was prophesied in the Old Testament (Malachi 3:1; 4:5-6) and he fulfilled it by establishing the baptism of repentance and the introducing Jesus to the world.
