one is in the courtyard where you find Colin Creevey to tell him about the DA meeting go up the steps and down the stone path there's a gargoyle at the end, next go to the defence against the dak arts room, halfway up the stairs there's the place you turn into to get bakc down to the second floor theres a gargoyle there, the next is in the transfiguration courtyard then theres one well go to the 4th floor and follow the corridor then go up the little staircase follow the corridor there is a door to your left or right i dont remember which but go through it and there is a path follow it i dont remember which way but there is a gargoyle there. The last one is on the stone bridge near colin creevey's courtyard.
