The fuel gauge sending unit would be found inside the fuel tank.

Fuel Pump can be removed via the trunk of the car. There is a panel underneath the carpet that has fuel bolts that need to be removed and you can get to the fuel pump. Not difficult, just a pain because of where it is located and you have to work from inside the trunk of the vehicle.
Your fuel gauge is probably reading incorrectly because of a bad fuel level sending unit. There is an access hole for it in the trunk or under the back seat. It is easy to replace and not very expensive.

Are you asking the fuel pump coil in the trunk of the car? I too checked for a fuse related to the fuel pump and didnt see any apart from that green colored coil near the battery
either the fuel gauge needs replacing or the fuel gauge sending unit in the fuel tank is stuck
