On a 2000 Ford Expedition : The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is located in the front passenger foot well , by the kick panel * the reset button is on top of the switch and if the button has popped up then no power is going to the electric fuel pump and needs to be manually reset by pushing the button down
