Sensor 1 is screwed into the front of the catalytic converter.
Sensor 2 is screwed into the pipe after the catalytic converter.

There are two. They are located on each side of the catalytic converter.
Sensor 2 is the downstream sensor (after the catalytic converter). Bank 1 is the drivers side of the engine
A 1998 Ram does not have an input speed sensor.
It is part of the pressure transducer inside the transmission, on the valve body.
If it has a V8 it should be on the intake manifold near the front on the passenger side.
It does not have a mass airflow sensor.
Transmission output speed sensor circuit malfunction. The output sensor is located on the driver side rear of the trans.
The speedometer signal comes form the abs sensor on top of the rear axle.
The speedo sensor is on top of the rear axle. The trans has a speed sensor on the driver side rear of the trans case.
It`s on the flywheel or it`s between the motor and trans and it`s on the passinger side I hope this helps
