Left side of steering column, on bottom of dash there are two black 1/4 turn buttons. Turn counter clockwise, gently pull down on panel.

The front fuse box is located at under the hood, lower right side. It should say "Fuse Box". You cant miss it. The interior Fuse Box is located under the steering wheel. A bit left corner. You`ll see a cover which you gotta remove it first to gain access. Just pull it a bit.

When sitting in the driver´s seat you´ll find a small locker (for coins etc.) just above your left knee. There is a little black knob on the top. Unscrew the knob and open the lid. Behind it you can see fuse box. (VW transporter 1991)
