Under the air intake manifold to the right of the throttle body ( looking at the front of the engine)
Your egr valve is on the top,front of your motor. It has one connector on the top, it is about as big around as a soda can.the top is black and the rest metal. If you are changing this,there are several models of vehichels that it is on. You can get it on eBay new for about $50.

The PCV valve is just to the left of the carberator...if your looking at the carb. follow the hose comming out of the center of it (should be rubber and hard plastic combo) that plugs into the PCV valve. I believe the answer is that it does not have one...I have a 2000, and it doesn't have one......
