The 97 Honda VTec PCV valve should be on the valve cover. The valve is a plug-in type and just pulls free.
I think it has a hydraulic clutch and no adjustment.

passenger side rear valve cover
Standing in front of the engine, its on the left side of the engine intake. You'll have to remove that MAP sensor to get to the PCV Valve.
At the back of the engine, looks like a distributor!
Top center of the left valve cover.
Probably on a valve cover towards the back of the engine.
under the intake manifold in the oil seperator
the pcv is in the back center of the plenium (intake) has a hose on it that goes to the left valve cover the pcv is in the back center of the plenium (intake) has a hose on it that goes to the left valve cover
