Your obd cinch socket 16 pin is under the ashtray in centre console
open the ashtray. gently pull it out and voilá! an OBD-2 port :)
Remove the ash tray from the centre console, just behind there!
On the 2002, mine is under the ashtray. Simply lift up and out the whole ashtray and there it is
alright m8 if u pull the ash tray out u will se it under ther. do u know ow 2 reset the service and airbag light ???

On my 2004 Megane (II) it is located underneath the cigarette lighter port. Pull off plastic cover of this "coin-tray compartment" and you will expose the diagnostic port.
