Romaji isn't actually a spoken language. It's a form of romanization of the Japanese language. The spoken language is still Japanese, even if the writing system is different (kanji, hiragana, katakana, romaji).Romaji is calledローマ字 (roomaji) in Japanese, and refers to the transliteration of the written Japanese language into the latin alphabet. Example:

私はロシア語が話せる becomes "watashi wa roshiago ga hanaseru".
