The same place as every other 4.6 modular Ford Engine. Check the top of the valve cover. Look really close. Do you see the yellow fuel injectors? Good, look next to the fuel injectors, there is 4 black round coils with one bolt holding them in place. There is also a 2 wire plug connected to the ignition coils. These wires need to be unplugged and the single bolt removed to access the spark plugs. The spark plugs are under the black round coils that have a rubber boot attached to them. They are much easier to replace than some old v8 engines. P.S. When replacing the spark plugs make sure to get the correct thread length spark plugs as some performance plugs like the NGK and Bosch are different. Hope this helps

They are towards he top of the engine. You have to pull each coil off to get them out so just look at the coils on top, next to the fuel rails.
