The Bible refers to earrings a number times, as indicated below. In each instance it is specifically connected with persons departing from the Lord. In Isaiah 3 it relates to proud women of Israel (extra verses provided for context) in Exodus 32 and Hosea2 it relates to idolatry and so in all three examples such persons had made themselves the 'enemies of the Lord.'

The phrase as such does not exist in the Bible but the verses below make it clear that, in these cases earrings were incidentally associated with persons who did things which made them enemies of God.
