You cannot get free dental services with UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. Whomever wrote that did not check their facts! They offer reduced costs, but not based on your income level of affordability or free in any way. In most cases, if you live on welfare or Social Security you will not be able to aford their services! I know this from experience. I also know there are several places in San Antonio that are based on your income, ask around local dentist, someone will refer you to one of them and they are affordable to the poor. However, if you are like me, and live outside of Bexar County, you will not be able to find ANY dental care that you can afford. I have many, many long list of people I've contacted trying to get services, including the policy makers of Dental Program Health in Austin Texas,
