On the tire where you put the air in the tire.
You need to purchase a tire pressure gauge. Using this, remove the dust cap on the tire valve and press the socket of the gauge firmly onto the open end of the valve. The gauge will show the tire pressure in the tire. After using the gauge replace the dust cap on the valve.

I'm guessing you referring to the dust cap probably the easiest way is to gently hammer a flat head between the dust cap and the hub and pry moving around from top to bottom and eventually it'll just pop out but be careful not to pound the screw driver to hard or it will go through the cap
