Underneath the intake manifold, there is a front and rear, under a rubber seal with a wire leading to the sensor. You will need to remove wiring and lines above intake, and disconnect fuel line to rails before removing intake. You do not need to remove injectors.
where is the ground wire for the brake and turn signals on 2002 silverado chev pu. also do you have a copy of the wiring>
The map sensor is plugged into the intake manifold. It will behind the throttle body on the passenger side of the vehicle.
YES.
YES they are the same engines.
The circuit 1 knock sensor would be located on the lower right side of the engine block (passenger side). You will need to drain the coolant from the radiator and be prepared for the passenger side of the block to drain coolant when the knock sensor is removed. After you disconnect the electrical connection to the knock sensor, the knock sensor simply unthreads from the block counterclockwise. Apply a thread sealant to the threads of the new sensor and install, no need to over tighten, this is a tapered pipe thread.
They are 3 to 4 inches long with an electric wire coming from them and they are screwed into the exhaust pipe's. there will not be any after the muffler.
where is the abs wheel sensor on a 2004 chev calavier thanks

It shouldn't be. Sounds like you have a different year, model wheel.
Looking at the front of the engine. You will see it screwed into the intake manifold just to the left of the thermostat housing. that would be were the top radiator hose clamps to.
You will have to call a parts store for the price. I have a Chev car and it was $18 and I have a Chev truck and the sensor was $ 100.
