The logic control module on a 1995 Chrysler Concord 3.3 liter is on the passengers side. it is located underneath the dash.
If the original motor of the concord is a 3.3 liter then yes because they are the same motor.
It is under the housing where the lower radiator hose hooks to the engine.
The ignition module is mounted to the side of the distributor. It a rectangular piece.
I did a Google search of the 1997 Chrysler Concorde and it looks like ( a 3.5 liter V6 engine )

Regarding a model 1997,2 liter sonata, there is not an ignition control module as such. Ignition control comes from the ECM (ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT) through the Ignition Power Transistor (often called Igniter) and then to the Ignition coil.I do not have any information on the 1.8 or the 3.0 liter models.
The idle is control by the idle air control motor from outputs from the Engine Control Module.
