"Deutschland" is Germany, in German. The country called itself the "Reich" (sort of like kingdom) under the Kaisers and under Hitler, but the term was abolished after the war. That means your stamp was issued before 1946.
You'll need to post a new question with a more detailed description so it can be identified more specifically.

"Wind-blown hair", "wild mustache" and "bronzed skin"; but enough about me...
You can watch a movie, truth or dare, would you rather, ding dong ditching, musical chairs and what I did once was played pin the mustache on the frog(pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey with a twist). These may sound like kid games but they're really fun! And pin the mustache on the frog is easy. All you have to do is go online and find a picture of a cool animal of your choice, next you find a picture of a mustache and copy it alot. Print both of these out and you play it just like you would play pin the tail on the donkey.

If you find it on the Internet, it will probably include a cartoon picture of Yoda with a mustache. "Midnight dreary it was, pondered did I. Weak and weary I was." -Edgar Allan Poda
Yeah he does but it's more like peach fuzz. I'm pretty sure he shaves it though. Recently I saw a picture of him with a couple of hairs under his lip.
It is very possible considering non-closed shapes. For example, picture the letter "M" but drawn into the third dimension, sort of like a open roof gutter (which has 2 corners and 3 sides). It will have 3 corners and 4 sides (an "L" would have 1 corner and 2 sides).
If you have a wii, you wait until the whole rim is green( the corners and the rim around the picture camera). When that is done, hoold the C button until you see a bright light. Picture taken!
