The 1995 Nissan Altima was equipped with the 2.4L 4-cylinder. Oil filter part numbers by manufacturer are Ford Motorcraft FL389, Denso 1501007, and AC Delco UPF1232.
Either belt is worn/old and glazed and needs replacing or needs to be tightened.
depends which altima you have, how you drive and if your running your AC. but a 2.5 should get atleast 30-35highway 23-25street and maybe abit less for a 3.5
It is on the passenger side firewall at the bottom.

You could have a seal leaking around a door or if you have a sunroof the drain holes might be plugged. Most cases of water leaking into the floorboard would be a plugged ac drain in the evaporater case. If you notice on a hot summer day and your ac is on that if you leave it parked, you will see water on the ground. This is from water draining out of the case, but if the drain becomes plugged it will build up in the case and slosh around and sometimes come into the floorboard.
