No - all UK mobile numbers begin with 07 (or just 7 if you're calling it from overseas). According to the BT web-site, there is no area code in the London region starting 260. London numbers have the number format 020 xxxx xxxx. That is an area code of 020 followed by an eight digit number.
There are numbers in London that begin with 756, as in (020) 756x-xxxx. However, a UK number beginning with +44 756 is a mobile phone.
That is not a UK mobile number ! It would appear to be a landline number for someone in the London area - indicated by the digits 20 (after the country code of 44). HOWEVER - no area code in London starts with an 8.All UK mobile numbers start with a 7 - so the number would start 00447xxx

A London (UK) phone number has 8 digits. If you wish to dial a London (UK) phone number from outside the London area (or a mobile phone) you need to prefix the 8 digits by the 3 digit London area code of 020 (which would normally be displayed in brackets before the number viz: (020) yxxx xxxx - the y is either 3, 7 or 8). If you wish to dial it from outside the UK, you'll need the international prefix for your country, followed by the country code of 44 plus the London area code without the leading zero plus the 8 digits, ie: +44 20 yxxx xxxx
This is the start of a mobile (cell) phone number.
Area code 210 is San Antonio, Texas. There are many cell phone carriers that serve the San Antonio area.
Buy a Boost Mobile phone at any store that sells them. When you call to activate the phone, tell them you want a number in Richmond, Virginia, or some other town in area code 804. It should be that easy.
This isn't an area code. The '44' is the international dialling code for the UK and the '7' denotes that it is a mobile (cell) phone number, so could be anywhere in the UK. It's probably a scam.
07548 is a prefix for a mobile phone issued by 02
Heathrow uses the London area code, which is 020.A typical London number follows the pattern (020) xxxx xxxx.
